Ingredients
- Grenadine- 1 oz
- Vodka- 1 oz
- Champagne or sparkling wine- 1.5 oz
- Agave syrup or honey- as needed
- Blue sour pop rocks- 1 package
- Cherry for garnish
Directions
Take two plates and put agave or honey on one plate, and pop rocks on another. Coat the rim of a martini glass with honey first, and then the pop rocks. Next, mix grenadine and vodka in a shake. Pour into the bottom of the glass. Finally, take a spoon and pour the champagne over the back of the spoon towards the side of the glass. This step is crucial if you want the red, white, and blue effect for this festive cocktail. Top with a cherry and enjoy the fireworks not just with your eyes but with your taste buds.
