Yields 6 puffs
1 sheet of puff pastry dough
6 oz Brie cheese
3 Tbsp CBB’s Zinful Sangria Cocktail Preserves
Butter or pan spray
Let puff pastry thaw at room temperature. Unfold into a flat sheet. Cut out 6- 2inch squares. In a large muffin pan, spray pan with oil or lightly coat with butter. Push puff pastry squares into muffin pan and up the sides of the pan slightly to create a cup. Take the brie cheese and cut into 6 equal pieces. Trim off the outer white part of the cheese then place a piece on top of the puff pastry. Top with ½ oz of preserves onto each piece of cheese. Place muffin pan in a 350-degree F oven and bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until pastry is puffed up and golden brown. Allow puffs to cool at room temperature and top with additional preserves if desired. I also topped mine with some gold sugar for some holiday flare. Cheers!
