Far East Old-Fashioned Wings

INGREDIENTS
1 lb Chicken wings
1 tsp Chili powder
1 tsp Ground cumin
1 tsp Onion powder
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tbsp Brown sugar
2 tbsp Olive oil

For Glaze
2 tbsp CBB’s Old Fashioned Marmelade
1 tsp Soy sauce
1 tsp Sriracha
1/2 tsp Chili flakes
2 tbsp Bourbon

DIRECTIONS
Take a bowl and mix dry spices together. Rub chicken wings with oil then spice mixture. Place seasoned chicken wings on an oiled sheet pan and bake on 400 degrees F for 15- 20 mins flipping halfway through. These can also be grilled to add a kiss of smokey essence. While wings are cooking, take a saucepan on low flame and slowly start to warm your marmalade. Once it starts to melt- add Sriracha, soy sauce, chili flakes, and bourbon. Simmer for 6 mins and whisk until well combined, and you form a nice glaze that coats a spoon. Turn off the flame. Toss in chicken wings and bake for another 6 mins applying leftover glaze every 2 mins or so. Once done, garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
